We are now looking for an extra assistant for our digital production team that works on adapting and updating our digital educational materials. Natur & Kultur is one of Sweden's leading publishers that publishes quality-assured educational materials, both printed and digital, from preschool to university. In Vaggeryd, we have a smaller office focused on the publisher's digital educational material production. We now need to strengthen the production team in Vaggeryd with an extra person during the period from April to December.

Job Responsibilities

· Enter manuscripts, texts, and exercises into digital platforms.

· Basic editing of images, audio files, and video in Adobe Suite.

· Quality control and technical testing of digital content.

· Technical support to the editorial teams.

· Handle and respond to inquiries from customer service regarding the digital educational materials (mainly during August–September).

We are looking for someone who

· Has a high school diploma, preferably in media, administration, or graphic design.

· Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you

· Have experience in digital work, support/customer service, or administrative work.

· Have basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.

· Have post-secondary education in media, administration, or graphic design.

Other

· Fixed-term employment for the period from April to December 2026, with a possibility of extension.

· Full-time work, Monday–Friday, daytime.

· Hybrid work. The work will primarily take place at the office in Vaggeryd, with the possibility of remote work up to two days a week when the tasks allow it.
